It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or a seasoned runner.

Meet us at the tennis courts on Park Avenue in Babylon @ 7:00 am and we'll follow the trails to Belmont Park and back again.

We won't be running if it pours but we will run in the cold or a drizzle.
